Cinema Grade Pro V1.1.3 (486)

Industrial Light & Magic released the newest version of the Cinema Grade Pro plugin for Final Cut Pro X today. Versions are now numbered consecutively, instead of by year. This change was made to match industry standards. If you're an avid proponent of checking your pro colors using luminance values, this latest update also adds this feature for you! The plugin allows editors or colorists to make global adjustments, or individual adjustments within a selected range, with enhanced controls over highlights and shadows. With precision visual aids at their fingertips, users can select precisely what they want to alter and how much they want to alter it by adjusting the various sliders according to brightness levels on a 0-100% scale.

The following are among the many parameters that can be adjusted in Cinema Grade Pro

The following are some of the other features that have been added to this latest release:

No Comments Add to Favorites Added to Favorites Category:After Effects FAQs This question comes up quite often. Well here's how you do it. Let's say you want to make sure the change happens every time the logo changes. 1. Make a new clip 2. Select "New Text" at the Text Panel (the little speech bubble icon). 3. Write a few words in this text box and save it as a Typekit font called "Victor". 4. Go back to your timeline and select your new text that you just created through step 2, then choose "Modify String" from the ribbon at the top left of the screen, then type in your description as follows: #{text name}{your description as before}{your description as before}. 5. return to the timeline and place the new text on top of your timeline in position #1 6. Next, you'll want to choose "Modify Region" from the ribbon at the right of the screen, then select position #2 on your new text, and type in this description: #{text name}{your description as before} (or whatever else you want). Now you can go back to your clip and make another keyframe for the modification and name it "Insertion", set it to be over action #1 and change its duration to 1 second. This will make sure that it will insert your new text on position #1. You can now set up another keyframe for the insertion, and set its start time to be over action #2. Now you can change the duration of this time to however many seconds you want it to stay before reverting back to the original text. This is how you do it.
